Advice - The freeholder of my property filed for administration

Can anybody give me some advice?
I live in a flat built 2 years ago. The developer owns the freehold.
Today I discovered that last week the freeholder/developer filed for insolvency/adminsitration.
At present there are issues with the buildings which they've known about for 2 years but havent done anything and Im going to go down the NHBC route (faulty roofs).
But what else does this mean? Im very concerned!

Contact these people for help & advice as they will be used to this kind of scenerio. It's a government funded agency offering help & advice on all aspects of owning residential leasehold property. http://www.lease-advice.org/The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
