help required for someone very confused pls

Thanks for looking.

To my surprise this am i received a bill from Talk Talk for Call plan 2??? Well i phoned them up and was told that was closest to what i was with on Tele 2 - umm, it was free with them i said - ah not with us came the reply.

Anyway are they the cheapest about - is their a better option. It is the free evening weekend calls i am looking for in particular.

Sky dial do something similar for £3 a mth, free evening and weekends but not the same discount on mobiles.


Help me pls - i am very cnfused after much reading on here
