I previously posted having experienced an extended wait and intrusive questions to open a regular savings account with Barclays bank. http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1630269
In the intervening six weeks I have received two impersonal "we are still investigating" letters, which I found disappointing as I don't think my case is that complicated! However ... this morning I was rudely awoken by a charming delivery man bringing me two bottles of French red wine. I thought it only fair to come on and update you all.

you better wait until you taste that "french wine "first - banks have been known to send out gnat water wine to compenstae their customers :rotfl:0 -
I don't drink red so I will be passing it on.
Free wine is free wine; I had a bad experience on one day not weeks or months of poor service. Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
