Making My Own Curtains?

Hello,

We recently bought a campervan - looking round, all the ready made curtains are really expensive, so I have taken the plunge and bought material to make my own.

Looking on line they do look easy to make, but im rubbish at handy crafts..am I being optamistic thinking I can do it myself? I could wait and ask my mum to do it, but I wont be seeing her for a while and I want them NOW.

Could be a nice little business for somebody, the material only cost me £16 and the cheepest camper curtains I have seen are about £80 new!!

As the windows are only small on a camper van I can't see why you couldn't make them yourself.

Do you have a friend or neighbour who could give you a guiding hand if you get stuck?

You could always practice on some old material, even if it's an old sheet or something you picked up from a charity shop before begining the curtains proper.
