I'm half way through the 2nd wardrobe now. So far i've filled 1 black bag of rubbish, 1 for charity and 1 full of blankets to go in the attic. I've got to go and do the school run but i will finish it today.

Or boil it whole (you get lots of delicious stock), use the meat, then boil the bones for more stock.

    Afternoon everyone :)

I am desperately trying not to get sidetracked as I have been the previous weeks, and now I have seen how many times I posted last week - 3.. I really have to better that..lol

Hugs to everyone, afraid I haven't gone through the previous post but I gather that our Toots is in hospital, and Frodders is having a bit of a time. So extra special hugs to you two :)

I have been kind of keeping up with some things, but not being able to do heavy lifting/stretching it kind of limits me. Also doesn't help when I have to ask DH several times in the week to take the hoover upstairs and he doesn't..hmmm!!!

I took myself off to Maidstone, with a friend, at the weekend while DH watched the Cup Final and I am afraid I did over indulge on some lipstick in House of Fraser. I have been becoming disheartened with my lipstick colour for a while, so I braved it and decided to get a kindly assistant on the Clinque counter to see what colour actually suited me. Well it seems I wasn't actually that far out with my own colours, but I have got a pinkish one that I bought on Saturday, and then decided to get a lipliner pencil and some "plumping" up concealer stuff for lips. Unfortunately the rent that my friend paid for her cat staying here got swallowed up in those three items. Hey so what I don't often buy make up for myself..

Oh and regarding the above cat, it looks like he will be staying here after all and not be a lodger. My friend saw him settled in here, and so at home, she has been thinking about not taking him to her own house when she eventually buys one in Bristol. And he could be staying here for about 6 months anyway and be so settled that it upsets him having to move him away. Now I have to try and persuade DH that we need three cats..hmm that could be difficult. He is happy with Freddie staying here but isn't too keen on keeping him.

On to my list, have to hang out my boil washing of tea towels, and collect the sheets that are now nicely dried.

Well done on your first star Jinky!
Lil-me I had to google pandora bracelet - I'm sooo don't know fashions and labels. It looks very nice!

I gave up sitting out in the garden - too darn hot! I'm working on my book in the kitchen instead. Just had to declutter a very sleepy bumble bee from there.

Right, my next step is to start dinner off. Its not too complicated, I just need to get on with it. I will be doing it while watching Biggest Loser.

DH has finally turned his phone on. It turns itself off! Someone phoned up earlier wanting DH to do a job and I couldnt get hold of him to get him to call the customer back and arrange to go round and do a quote. Anyway Ive just got a delivery report, so Im sure he will call him now. Its the first customer who has responded to DHs ad in the Thomson Directory! Exciting!
