Barclaycard advert just been on tv

I walked into the room half way through it so I didnt get to see most of the advert. I did catch 0% for 10 months and I think it said you have to apply in a branch. Does anyone please have any more info? It would be my 1st 0% deal so I really do need a beginers guide. I have no problems going into a branch, so fingers crossed this should be what im looking for.

Just be very careful when it comes to doing the balance transfer to check the rate. I, and others on this site, have applied for the 0% card, got T&Cs which state 0%, but then been quoted 6.9% when it comes to do a transfer. I got all sorts of c0ck & bull stories about the offer having been withdrawn, but after 3 calls/45mins total they owned up to having an IT fault and finally did the transfer at 0%.I really must stop loafing and get back to work...0

Its looks lie I mis heard the tv ad but then again I only heard part of it.
Im already a b/c customer but have a balance I could tranfer if I was offered a better rate than the 6.9% im already paying.
