Advice Needed

Options
Hi everyone - I'm just looking for a bit of advice, and wondered if anyone knows somewhere I could go to get help about this.

A company I bought wedding dress just went belly up, after I paid over 1000 pounds for a dress which I now don't have.

I paid with a debit card - I wondered if anyone knew what I should do, or if I had any options at this point. I'll be honest - I'm absolutely gutted, and don't have a clue what to do.

Thanks everyone,

John.

    Contact the liquidator.

Use a credit card or pay on delivery in future.

If its a Visa debit card you might be in luck to get your money back as Visa operate a system called "chargeback"on their debit cards.

I would however get in touch with the liquidator in the first instance to clarify your position in relation to getting delivery of the dress
