Praise: Moonpig

Ordered some flowers and a card from moonpig on the 26th for sil's birthday on the 28th. paid for special delivery to have them delivered the next day. later in the day on the 26th, received an email from moonpig informing me of a delay due to an airport strike so they were refunding the cost of the special delivery.

very happy with that, even more happy that the flowers arrived on the 28th and according to sil they were stunning.

will be using them again as was impressed that they notified me of the problem and refunded the delivery charge without asking.

Have never used them as their cards seem overpriced to me. I am a bit of stinge when it comes to things like cards. Might have a look though.

I'd agree with the above in general on cards, I think they are a waste of money and resources.

That said I can't say Moonpig cards are that overpriced, you'd pay about the same for a decent card anyway. With Moonpig your card can be customised and it is posted for you. I think they have the perfect balance of product, convince, and price.

I hope they do well. One of those simple business ideas that make me think.. "why didn't I think of that!".

I'm not a big fan of cards but my children love to add their photos to moonpig cards and send them to their other relatives.

Ive used moonpig twice and both times the card arrived the next day. And I ordered one with an uploaded photo and the quality was really good.

Definitely a thumbs up from me.

    That's really good to know.

Moonpig has saved my bacon several times when I've just remembered there's an occassion coming up and the card has always got there in time. It is great for kids, my little sisters were thrilled with the cards they got this year for their birthdays, with their names on it.
