Try sucking on ice cubes. That will get some liquid down you and see if your OH can get you some ice-pops to help.

As for food, well just eat whatever you can manage.

When is your next scan and what day do you move out?

next scan, am waiting for ultrasound to call me back. DH explained to midwife it needs to be done this week.
we hand the keys back on monday, but will be staying at my parents over the weekend because our bed etc is leaving the house on friday, and i need a comfortable bed!
food not eaten anything as yet..... apart from the one ice lolly that was lurking in the freezer.
we only have those plastic contained ice cubes in the house, no amount of sucking on those is going to help me i dont think LOL

DH is out for the day as well so im hoping when he comes back he'll be able to go out and get some juice and some ice lollies for me....
