I'm currently working p/t and claiming jsa when possible. My bank decided my account had become "dormant" and cancelled m overdraft overnight without any notification. when i questioned this i was told my credits over the last month had been less than my overdraft limit. I have a bank charges claim on hold since august 07 but have been told that i cannot claim hardship. is it me or are these phone banking services impossible? what can i do? my overdraft was 430 and my income was/is approx 300 pcm.

Overdrafts are repayable on demand
Overdrafts are shorterm ways to get finance
If you are in your overdraft for a while, not getting out of it, struggling financially, the bank will withdraw your overdraft. As they have done with you.
If you are struggling then get a loan or repayment plan (repayment plan can go on credit file though)0 -
