Hi.
My son uses direct debit for his bills. He also has a mortgage. What i would like to ask. There has been a few occasions where his bank account has been overdrawn due to money coming out and wages paid late. And the bank has added charges to the account.
Can the charges be reclaimed?
If so how do you go about doing this
Thanks for your help
