Tesco Flowers Refund - Very Impressed!!

Options
Just recieved flowers that are gift for Mothersday Day - to mum.
Ordered from Tesco and was gutted when they got here - £23.75!
As much as they are pretty they were so not worth the money at all.
Rang them up and they refunded me straight away and we keep the flowers or throw them, very suprised how easy it was, I wouldn't throw them but I did expect them to want to come and pick them up.
The lady said as they are so busy there's no point.
So flowers for free in end! omg

Doesn't fill me with the most confidence about the bunch that I'm still waiting to be delivered for my mum today. What number did you call? Did they offer to refund straight away when you said that they were not worth what you had paid?

    I rang 0845 7225533
9am to 11pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm Saturday and 10am to 6pm Sunday
Had to wait a little while, but the lady I spoke to was very nice.
Didn't even have to ask for a refund, she offered it before I could!
They are nice flowers just not worth he money.
Mum came in before and I showed her them and told her the story and she couldn't believe how much they would have been.
The so called stylish box is just a huge big white one.
To be fair they did come at 08.05hrs this morning but I did order on the 11th.

    I hope she likes them.
My mum said they were lovely but she wouldn't have been happy if I had of paid that much, I wouldn't mind how much, as long as I got what I paid for.

20 minutes wait, bloomin heck! Lets wait and see what they, gonna be interesting! The message tells you that you have moved forward in the queue! I'd be worried if i'd moved in the other direction.

Ok had to wait for ages, 30 minutes in all. Finally got through to a fairly rude gentleman, who after arguing for a decent amount of time suggested that he would refund my account on this occasion.

    The jobs a goodun.

I got some roses. Almost dead!! I feel really sad, they are just coming out of the bud and look beautiful, but the leaves are limp, the petals are turning brown at the edges and all the flowers are bowing their heads!! A sad bunch!!!

Why send flowers in the post without any source of water.

I sent some to my mum, but she went out for the day, hers are even worse than mine, if that is possible.

They look like someone has picked them up from the waste tip or a cemetary bin. Sorry but its true.
ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷

    Well done! :p
I rang just after 09.00 this morning.
Somehow I don't think I am going to be the only one who's rang up, so maybe the guy had enough of people ringing................maybe if the flowers were worth it we wouldn't have too lol
I told my friend before and she ordered a £30.00 set a couple of months ago and they looked like they wern't even worth a tenner! She got refund.
We didn't throw them like the girl said, but keep looking at them and can't believe what they are "worth"

I moaned that a leaf had been eaten, I just hope ours live a few days!

I went up to ASDA after the phone call and they had some lovely arrangements and were also giving away free bulbs in little packets.
Aimed at children I think to give to mums but hey, free plants lol
