Banking with euros

Options
I'm getting married in Cyprus in October 2009, we have to pay many charges locally. Can anyone tell me the most cost efficient way to access our savings in Cyprus to withdraw euros without incurring too many charges:confused:

    I'd guess either

1> Open a Euro account with Citi, which means you'll have a clear idea how many euros you'll get for your sterling on the date of exchange

2> Open a Nationwide Flex account, which gives free eurozone withdrawals, but then you're at the mercy of the VISA exchange rate on that day

Open an account with one of the Cypriot (Greek) banks in UK
