Sending paypal items overseas, tracking?

I've sold a few items via another forum, relativey low value with the most expensive around £35. Items are going to various countries, Malta, USA and Mexico.
Paypal requires proof of delivery, so I'd need the additional £4.50 airsure cover. However on the RM website it says tracked in the UK only...for airsure. Is this correct, if so what's the point?
Also, on the payment I received it says 'OK to Post', but says I'm only partially covered as the buyer has an unconfirmed address.
"Protection for unauthorised payments
Because ZZZ's address is not confirmed, we don't provide protection if this payment turns is unauthorised by the card holder.
Before posting, we recommend that you contact ZZZ to make sure this payment was authorised. Most of the time, posting to an unconfirmed address is fine. But we always encourage you to help protect yourself."
So, what should I do? Wish there was a better way to receive funds!!!

Any advice? I've got a parcel ready to send to cyprus...RM don't track there...0

You can usually use the RM tracking code on the destination countries postal website. The only country I have had problems tracking in is Italy. Airsure is only available to a few countries and Cyprus isn't one of them.0

How much is the item worth?
I would go to DHL or parcelforce and just tell the buyer a price.
If they hesitate, just so a mutual and relist.0 -
You should be able to track it here http://ips.cypruspost.gov.cy/ipswebtrack/
Use international signed for small packet airmail.0 -
Item was sold for £35 including tracked delivery. Not a life changing amount, but would rather not lose out.
Would IAS allow the item to be tracked in Cyprus, and more importantly if it is lost will RM provide compensation (£35)?
Also, do paypal accept IAS as tracked cover?
Thanks0 -
Yes to all three and compensation is now £39 so you are well covered.0
