As per the title you need to watch this company, they are made up of self employed people. The owners live in spain and the call center is a rented type from india.
They encourage engineers to get out of the no fix no fee in anyway possible and also bonus people on extending jobs past the hour, £7 per part they also sell you on top.
They also contract for bt home it, no qualifications are ever checked.
