Mobile Phone Insurance Claim - their offer

I have mobile phone insurance through work (for free, I'd never pay for it lol) but I am in the process of making a claim.
I got a call from LSG today offering me a Nokia 6220, Sony C902 (I think) or W705 as choices for replacement. Now my phone before was a touchscreen, am I within my rights to ask for a touchscreen phone for my replacement (none of those are)? My previous phone is the Sony P1i. I will call them tomorrow but I'd like some pointers on dialogue to use to best get my way Thanks!
Also, I presume this is like a car insurance claim where you never accept their first offer... am I right?!
PS I did post this inside another thread in mobile phones but no views or responses so was hoping some insurance experts could help.

It ought to be a like for like replacement in terms of features.
I found their website but precious little info on the cover. http://www.lifestylegroup.co.uk/content/Mini-Products-Site/Products-Mobile-Phone-Insurance.aspx
Just check who the policyholder is. It might be your employer in which case, they could argue any complaints / cover issues must be raised by the employer.0 -
Not boding well, after telling me, yes, they were open on Sundays from 9. I call and guess what, closed all day!!!Kavanne
