Sliding Doors ...

I wonder if anybody on here has ever been discussing a repo, that somebody else on this site was discussing when they were about to be repo'd.

I wonder if anybody on here has ever just put an offer in for the house of somebody who is in here saying they hope they get an offer soon because they're going nuts.

:)

I did see one big argument on one of the other parts of this site once where two people were whining from opposite sides of an argument.

I have occasiobally wondered about the people that have posted that they are FTBs and pulling out of their purchase and then there are people posting that their chain has collapsed because the FTB pulled out....

Yep, I've thought about this sort of stuff too. I know the guy is not on the forum, though I was looking at a friend's repossessed house (details in my sigantaure link). That's worse as I know the guy well.

I've thought of that also! Along with the potential idea of EA's / vendors being on here and they might find out all the things we've asked / discussed. It's all a conspiracy, log off, log off, log off! If they happen to be reading my posts I'm a really nice guy, very genuine and help grannies across the road - surely I deserve some extra discount :rotfl: (most of that's true actually :) )

Jokes aside, it's a public forum and a very good one at that. I really enjoy this community and the help you can get on here is super! Ya posts ya details, ya's takes ya chance.

I must admit to having been a bit puzzled by the " I 've seen this brilliant house, no-one else has offered. Tell me what you think - it's here(link) " kind of posts. The thought did occur that it could be the vendor trying to drum up some offers with some free advertising. If it's a genuine purchaser it's a bit like those articles in the newpapers or mags on 25 fantastic hidden beaches or secret places to swim naked in a river - well, they were hidden, secret, at a good price with no offers until you mentioned it to lots of other people.............:D
