Has anyone ever seen this message? I updated my postcode in the box for where the item is located and I'm not getting this odd message and can't select any other payments.

I wanted to list something tonight but this is putting me off. Because I can't select what options I want and whats with the garbage about payment holds? I'm aware some payments do get stopped but after buying/selling hundreds I've never had a problem.

Usually if you sell an item in one of ebay's high risk categories, usually defined by the requirement to offer paypal payment only, your funds will be subject to the 21 day rule, this may not be so if you have over 100 feedbacks.

It also depends wether you have sold these items before
