Lump Sum in A&L Online Saver Issue 1 - Do I Transfer It to Issue 2?

Could someone please help me out with a query re savings in A&L Issue 1/Issue 2.
I have over £25k in Issue 1 currently, I opened a Issue 2 at the beginning of March so qualify for the better rate. Is it worth my while transferring the maximum amount to the Issue 2 account, given that I'll lose interest whilst the money transfers to my non-A&L current account and then back to Issue 2.

I have more than £25,000 in the Issue 1 account so I want that to remain open but I'll give them a ring and see if they'll transfer the money to the Issue 2 account, it's worth a try. Do you know what telephone number you rang as I have only ever found a telephone number for technical enquiries. There's no woman sicker than the woman who is sick on her day off !0 -
