TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
2. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the draw.
3. The prize is for 2 people staying 7 nights Bed & Breakfast at the Maritim Antonine Hotel & spa. To include transfers in Malta. The prize is based on an economy flight from London Gatwick or Manchester airport departing on Monday to Thursday on zero rated supplement flights. Should a supplement apply to the selected date or the winner wishes to travel from another airport, then they will be responsible for paying any supplements that apply. The prize week must be taken between 1st October 2009 and 31st March 2010 (all stays are subject to availability and excluding the Xmas / New Year period). The prize winner is responsible for arranging their own insurance cover.
4. The closing date for the prize draw is Friday 28th August 2009. Entries that are delayed, incomplete or illegible will be disqualified.
5. This promotion has been organised by Chevron Air Holidays, Crownshield House, St Leonard's Road, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 3DW. Chevron Air Holidays owned and operated by Crownshield Travel Limited ATOL 1762. The draw will take place on Friday 4th September 2009 and the winner will be notified by email within 28 days. The identity of the winner will be made available on request by sending a S.A.E. to the above address within 28 days of the closing date.
6. The information you provide may be used for marketing purposes, by our Company only. If you do not wish to be contacted please tick the adjacent box
7. Insurance is not included in the prize.
8. As always, people connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
9. Transfers within the UK are the responsibility of the winner and is not part of the prize.

After entering I got the message "Thank you for entering our competition. Winners will be notified by email or phone". They never asked for my telephone number!! In the T&C it says the winner will be notified by email.
