zonelabs and ports

I have recently purchased a copy of Zone alarm security suite version 6.
When I check the “programs” section on the top of the security centre, on the right of the padlock, there is a program called “Isafe service” running.
It also says:
Listening to port TCP 1029,1030
(Trusted zone only)
It also has a symbol of a hand below the icon.
Can anyone please explain why this is happening and why is zone alarm not blocking it?

Do a scan,

or if you are on broadband, buy a router.
The more advanced? versions of ZA, have a habit of opening ports up to their own servers for updates, av checking, popup blocking etc.. The free one, is much cleaner..Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0
