I am in the process of claiming from Capital One and from what i've been reading on this thread it doesn't look like they are particularly easy to deal with. Has anyone been successful at claiming larger amounts (£500 and up) from Capital One?

I have claimed from Capital One, had to go through the whole process and eventually to the FOS, but I recently got a letter through saying that Capital One are offering me the full amount, almost £600.0
