I have my court appointment tomorrow morning and I still havent had the confidence to hit the submit button on my forms. AAAAGGGHH
I've got a friend that went bankrupt that says it doesnt look good if my outgoings are higher than my income. I explained that in a months time my tax credits will increase and I risk IPA so I am trying to avoid that, but she said that the judge will see that even if he clears my debts I still wouldnt have enough to survive (I would but wouldnt be keeping to the soa amounts for things like holiday/car spares etc)
I'm so confused...0
