OK great - will do.
I am right in thinking that apaer from the major forms you dont need to take any supporting evidence to the judge?? This is the stuff the OR wants?? It seems weird that the judge makes a decision on your say so without any supporting evidence.
I've got a nice big file full of evidence ready anyway.0 -

With regards to contents insurence, I havent got any-but if I do get some, wont that look odd that my policy started really recently??
If I do find I can add anything feasible, I will need increase my outgoings until they are more than my income so as not to incur IPA in a few weeks when my tax credits incease.Doesnt this look like I wouldnt be able to survive even if I went bankrupt?
Thank you

You are entitled to a small UK holiday

Get yourself Contents insurance with accidental damage as soon as you can, as you won't have any access to credit and if like me the motor goes on your freezer is a God send.
As everyone has said on the run up to bankruptcy you cut everything to the bone, bankruptcy is there so youcan get a resonable standard of living back so the OR's are used to seeing this.
If your expenses are above your income initially then don't panic to much. If asked then say you are taking steps to bring it under control and then when your tax credits kick in it will be
