pcperformance vouchers

Hi
My laptap died and was deemed beyond economical repair, after calling pcperformance several times I was told I could go out and buy a laptop and then redeem the voucher as a refund... however I came across an absolute bargain laptop privately and the vouchers turned up 7 weeks later, the value is for £500, which I can spend in either Dixons, Currys or PcWorld.
Thing is I would rather use the voucher towards another product, there is no mention on the voucher itself that it can only be used for a laptop, so can I go ahead and use it for a new cooker?
Maybe it would go all tickity boo in the shop with the voucher but the cooker would need to be delivered and could take some 3 weeks, would they stop the voucher if I use it for something else and if they did where would i stand in regards to getting new vouchers if I used the ones i have incorrectly or am I free to spend it on whatever I like?
many thanks for all help and advice given.

Buy whatever you want, the staff don't care and if you've bought a laptop you have a legitimate reason anyway.
I got a voucher for a DVD player and I bought a new tv and guitar hero with it.0 -
They are just voucher - they won't care how you spend them.Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0
