Well I have decided to reclaim my charges from barclays. (£1375)
I sent a letter to barclays just as the test case started a while ago and barclays have kept me updated on what is happening (vey nice of them)
when I found out you can get them reclaimed on grounds of financial hardship i thought I would write again.
I sent my letter on may 14th giving barclays 14days to reply.
27th May I recieved a reply, Barclys telling me I will recieve an answer before the 18th June 2009
Today letter dated 29th May I received budget planner so they can have more info about my fincial situation.
i have now filled this in an will be replying by recorded delivery.
my total disposable income for the month is -£32.19
