I want a cheap PDA! Any ideas?

Hi all,

I'm wanting to get a cheap PDA (preferably around £100) which has bluetooth/a SIM slot, windows OS, a SD card slot, the usual - Argos has one for £120 but out of stock everywhere!

Any ideas where I can get one cheap?!
