Just popping in..been out since 10:30 this morning lazing in the borough gardens again. Lenny popped by at met us on his way through home which was nice, even if very brief.
God I can't believe its Monday again tomorrow...oh I have the day off totally forgot about that. Might venture to the beach as all the grockles will have left and kids back at school

Its bloody hot here...snags did really well running the 5k. We think it was about 35 mins...very slow start due to number of runners meaning we had to walk the first half k almost. I did this run two years ago when I first got the running but. I did it in 32 mins (being dragged round by DD!) but I couldn't walk for two days and it almost killed me. This time i loved it, really enjoyed it and didn't struggle one little bit.....
