1 ton of decrative stone/gravel - what area does it cover??

Hi I'm buying some limestone decorative stone/gravel 20mm to do my garden.

The area I am covering in 43 metres squared.

What area in square metres does a ton bag cover??

For this area of 43m2 i would get 3 tons to be happy with. The stones will settle down in time so it's better to start with a thicker layer. Delivery charges will be the same i believe for 1 or 3 bags.
