Several people have tried - and failed!

It is far more complex than at first sight. You have to take into account the huge variety of discounts, different levels of Tier1/tier 2 units, daily standing charges etc. E7, E10,

Besides it is not needed as that is exactly what the Comparison websites do for you if you enter your consumption in kWh.
