"Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

Did you want a manual, or perhaps a handbook which is what some people are referring to. You can buy a Haynes manual at almost any accessory shop. A handbook tells you how to open the windows, turn the radio on etc.This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0
