Best pre pay card?

I am about to apply for bankruptcy, what is the best pre pay credit card which does not go on your credit file and that you can refund money back onto it and also use it at a cash point?

Any help would be appreciated.

tesco only have an euro card.

try cashplus, virgin or tuxedo

Hi ,
can you tell me how these cards work ,where are the charge up points ---is it just through a set bank account,or can you charge them up at local shops.
