There is a faded single yellow line, with no Time Plate. There is double yellow line near and that has got a 'time plate'.
I parked my car on the single yellow line and got a ticket, what should i do, pay the ticket or not?
The yellow line is about 4 yards long and almost faded, there is not one on the other side.

A single yellow line should be accompanied by a time plate unless you were within a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) that had zonal entry signs.0
