I am guilty of coming on forums (fora?) mainly to vent / let off steam, have a good old moan.
But today I would like to praise the Jobcentreplus at Stonebow, York :T:T
I had a review meeting today - not only was I not treated like the scum of the earth (it does happen sadly), I was listened to, respected, my agreement was tweaked to make it more suitable (not just hit the right numbers), I was given new information and contacts that will be very helpful, my questions were answered confidently, and my hope has been renewed.
I wish I could remember the lady's name!!!
