Hi,
Can anyone help please I have deleted an email that I sent I thought I put it in a folder but can't find it, I need the email for evidence so I can't even ask the receiptant to forward it to me is there anyway of retrieving it or is it lost forever.......

You can run some data recovery software and train it to find just *.eml files. Im sure you can find some online, recovermyfiles comes to mind.Scrimping and saving!0

make sure you do a proper word search on your emails first. You may have just dragged it into the wrong folder.Not Again0

I love the way people are guessing without even knowing what email program you are using.
What are you using? A program on your pc? Webmail (eg Hotmail, Gmail)?0 -
I am using BT Yahoo for emails, I think it possibly could of been a few weeks ago it was deleted. I can't see deleted file, usually when emails are deleted it goes into the trash and I think it stays there for a day or so?

If you're using webmail and the email has been deleted from the trash folder, then it's gone for good.0
