A question about Barclays Reserve

Hi, I have the reserve on my account since last year. I spend the reserve money and it gets paid off each payday (monthly). I noticed in the letter they sent with the charges on that this can only be used for a few weeks and then they cancel the reserve. It looks like a standand letter so it's not a personal warning. I've not had a problem with it in the last 10 months. Is it likely they'd close it even though it gets paid monthly, including the £110 charges? to be honest I think they'd be better off keeping my reserve cos they'd make a fortune!
Thanks,
Laura.

If you bring your account to credit every month, then you won't be picked up on by Consumer Finance Debt Management and your reserve will stay intact.
If you can afford to repay the charges each month etc., have you not applied for an overdraft? What would William Shatner do?0 -
Agree a small OD would be a much cheaper option and not paying the £22 each time will reduce the need to use the OD.
Another option would be to manage cash flow with a CC.0
