budget for fines
My young sister is learning to drive now for 3 month. We took her for a drive one month ago to practice her gear change in our old polo (which still needs improvement).
She is getting better but she stepped on the accelerator instead of the brake once and the car just zoomed forward. Unfortunately it was in a junction covered by a camera and now she is facing a court appearance.
It was a genuine mistake of a new learner driver and she (and us) is on a really tight budget. How much should we fork for the fine?
