The one show - claiming interest

Did anyone see the one show a few weeks ago where this guy claimed charged and interest back? I can't find it on net anywhere and does anyone know about this?

    Look over on the reclaim board.
    Got Halifax Classic to reduce my interest rate by 5% woohoo - 10/06/08 Thanks MSE!
    Another 3% shaved off 10/12/08

    I think it was interest on the amount claimed back not interest you would have paid on a debt that was discussed.
