Hi,
whenever I turn on my computer I get a box that looks as though it is trying to install something, then it says it cannot trace the solutioncentre.msi setup file in the directory and to link to it, or cancel.
It does not seem to be doing anything after I cancel it, but it is really annoying.
Anyone come across this before?

Something to do with hp printers I think - try uninstalling anything related to hp and re-installing after boot to fix what ever you have tried to install before.0

Googled this, might help
I had the same annoying problem with the so-called "solutioncenter.msi". (I have Windows Vista & an HP Deskjet D1455.) ***How I fixed the situation: Go to CONTROL PANEL, then ADMIN TOOLS, then SYSTEM CONFIG. Click on the "Start Up" tab and unmark whatever lines have "HP" next to it (I had two). Save the changes. Restart & cross your fingers! Good luck - hope this helps.0
