Can anyone give me some details of companies that are doing deals with regards to the above, i currently have PPI attached to my loan which costs me around £25 per month. I am looking to cancel this & replace with another cheaper option that will give me the same cover.
Many Thanks In Advance.

Hi there
You will find some useful information on stand alone insurance on this site, always make sure all the requirements suit you etc.....
But one thing is for sure, its cheaper normally than the providers own insurance, good luck.;)

When you actually cancel this as this was a single premium you most probably will not actually see a £25 drop per month as its actually a loan incurring interest to pay the premium as a lump sum.Can anyone give me some details of companies that are doing deals with regards to the above, i currently have PPI attached to my loan which costs me around £25 per month. As regards the cheaper options then if you take a look at the FSA money made clear on payment protection insurance it may give you some ideas. Another thing is google and look for a reputable company and check their reveiws. Another option is income protection insurance which is cancellable at any time and you tailer to suit your needs.
