Egg card have taken ages to provide statments

Hi guys - egg card have taken over 3 months to provide me with my statments - i have contacted them a few times now and they say "they are dealing with a high demand of requests for statments" what do you guys think?

It probably has more to do with the fact they've made the vast majority of their workforce redundant than that they've received a 'high demand'.

Was it just the statements you requested? There's different ways of getting the same information.

If they're unable to give you a definite date when they're going to send them to you then you could maybe put in a 'DSIR' which means they legally have to send you that information within 40 days. It will include all the data they hold about you, including your statements.
