What a nightmere Iam having.
Wanting to sell my house to end my IVA, have been approved for shared ownership with H/A.
I cant get a mortgage company to lend me 47,000k because of 'defaults' on mycreditfile left by IVA, even though ALL debt will be cleared and every other aspect of my file is squeeky clean. Have a 25% deposit too.
Northern Rock will lend me money as I have been with em for 10 years BUT they dont do shared ownership (erm didnt you take my money to save your poxy bank in the first place)
Also going through a seperation which makes things harder.
