You can click on a link on the right hand side of the homepage of Pigsback, I think grex9101 was refering to the answers to question 6? Not posted a link before so I hope this works! http://research.pigsback.com/ResultsText.asp?DisplayHeader=&ItemID=4168&ItemNumber=6&SurveyID=513&Type=Text&ItemTypeID=6

838 on the rudeness poll is quite interesting ... ;)

I rather think that that question invited all sorts of silly answers, and it got them. Don't some people have bizarre ideas?!

Well. my reply is on there, post 464. It annoys me when all shop staff get classed under the same bracket like many respondees in that poll have done (rudeness, carrying on conversations when serving etc) My staff are polite, helpful and attentive at all times, I insist on it.
I have been served by some terrible staff myself in my time though, and due to the nature of my job I tend to say something now, we don't just have to accept it!
