It shouldn't but it does! Not sure exactly why but it has been discussed before and pretty sure Darraghd explained why.loopylass wrote:I only joined in feb and my sister joined 2 weeks after me but it shouldnt make any difference how long you have been a member
I could be wrong but i would have thought the longer members would still get the same for being a loyal member

MonkeyGirl wrote:I don't remember putting in a landline number when I jonied. When I wanted a reward though it asked me for my mobile number and then sent a code to my mobile which I then had to type into the box on the pigsback site where I'd chosen my reward it only asks you to validate your account on your first reward. Does that make sense?
MonkeyGirl
Hi Monkeygirl
Thanks for message. 100% made sense, and am really relieved, as was worrying that I needed a landline and a mobile and would have to be a retired Piggie :-)
Many thanks, Cat0 -
rogue_element wrote:Might be a silly question, but where do you send your amazon invoices to?
Their amazonbooks@pigsback.com rejects saying im a relay and not allowed to relay mail. (using gmail)...
Do you have to join up through pigsback or can you use an existing amazon account?
I forwarded them my invoice as on the URL it doesnt say you have to join up through pigsback, just forward the invoice to your pigsback email (which is what I did), then forward to them...
Quite annoyed by this, as I havent got anywhere

They say allow 14 days to credit the points, but will not accept receipts over a week old - so how do you know if they've accepted the receipt?!
In addition, has anybody had their points from this :
Hi rogue_element
I made an Amazon purchase last week through Pigsback, as a long-term member of first Amazon and then recently Pigsback, and was credited within about 3 days. I think you need to be a member first, of both. You've sent the Amazon receipt to the right email. Hope it works out and you get your points.
Best regards, Cat0 -

IIRC the T&Cs state that 1 voucher is valid for 1 transaction per person. It also mentioned that subsequent uses of the voucher may not be honoured.
