Is there any way of checking if you have received all your points. I click on such alot of offers and newsletters and just assume I will get the points sometime. I havn't written each one down to check

I think quite a few people are in the same boat. The only way Pigsback have of knowing you've signed up for things at the moment is when they get the list of referals back from the partner. If something goes wrong with the partner's tracking system, or if for some reason we don't complete the sign-up process exactly as per instructions, then there is no way to prove we've signed up.

This is pretty much the same for most cashback sites, but at least we have good communications with Pigsback and we know they do their best to chase up our sign-ups for us if we're sure we've signed up but not received points. Under some circumstances they also can go back to the client to check whether a member has signed up with them or not.

I have resolved to keep a strict record of all future sign-ups/registrations, along with all registration emails in their own separate email folder, so I know exactly what I have done and when, and can chase properly if necessary. The same goes for email confirmations for all orders made through Pigsback.

I think everyone should do this. It will make our lives, (and Pigsback's), considerably easier. :)

Checking over my piggybank I have recieved points from visit London, Carling & Inteprid.

I'm having trouble remembering the others that I'm still owed for, so far I think it's Aer Lingus, Diet Tracker (although got a blank screen) & Chooseaprize, where there anymore?

    Thanks, Shellybee! :)

I will PM Cuppatea, who maintains this thread, and ask her whether she would mind adding this suggestion to her newbies' instructions at the begining of the thread. When you first join Pigsback you tend to sign up for loads of things, and in your initial enthusiasm you're unlikely to think about keeping a record of everything. If new Pigsbackers kept records from the start it would be much easier for everyone. (I certainly wish I had!)
