How do you know that it'll never appear if you've never actually bought anything through Pigsback?
Don't you think that if you've been earning free from them for 4 months, then you should have at least taken the chance and used one of their links? (and earn more!).
I take it you've had at least £30/£40 worth of points in the past 4 months? What do you think would happen if everyone clicked the links, but as soon as they wanted to buy something (that is available through Pigsback) they went elsewhere?

What you have to remember (same as with any product/company in their threads/forum), is that you tend to get a disproportionate amount of complaints, people don't tend to post when they're happy with the service (a few nice exceptions on the PB threads), but they'll come a running if they're grumpy!

This thread is rapidly turning into Pigsback complaints department, which shouldn't be its job.

Perhaps something could be added at the top of the threads original post, along the lines of 'This thread is not for complaints, it's for help, advice and fun collecting of points, if you have a complaint please contact Pigsback directly' (with contact details).
It doesn't do anyone any good posting 'I didn't get this or that' - It just makes people wary, i.e, the above post by toozie.

blimey, i've been talking too much tonight, I already sent everyone on MSN to sleep lol :D:D ahh well, it's a bright new day and i'd probably spend most of it in bed if I didn't have to go off and push me mates car to the garage (run out of petrol last night!)

I have had to chase my last 5 transactions via Pigasback.
Dell (still haven't got), Teleflorist, Ace (still haven't got), Bingo Loopey and Uswitch.
I have found that 2 customer service people answer my queries in record time and another always disputes whether I actually used the link correctly. I hadn't even heard of Teleflorist or ACE until I started using Pigsback.
I have had to start entering the date in my outlook calender of when I should have received the points - sounds a bit fanatical but why buy via pigsback otherwise.
Has anybody actually ever received Dell pig points??
  • I never understand the point of complaining about something that your getting for free.

Empathising or sharing experiences rather than complaining - don't get me wrong I still enjoy the click throughs and competitions

Well I am really happy with Pigsback. I have only ever made one purchase through them but I got the points fine. I also received my first Boots voucher a couple of weeks ago, which was put to very good use. :)

For some things I prefer Quidco but Pigsback definitely has its place, particularly for CD Wow and Amazon.

I just didn't want Darragh to think his team's work is unappreciated. :D

Still no Carling points, dropped them an e-mail (even put MSE in the title) still no points. I only every trust PB for CD-WOW and click-throughs, wouldn't use it for anything else - Quidco normally pays better anyway...

I just wanted to give some positive feedback for pigsback. I had a few teething problems tracking points but by e-mailing Darragh and being patient, I've now had every point I'm owed.

I just wish there were some more sites to shop from.......and what's happened to Figleaves and IWOOT?
