    Have you tried manually going to the shop and earn page and then clicking on the correct shop?? (I know you said every way but just checking)

    The egg wasnt on the Dabs page for me, but was still on the teleflorist page with 30 points, but when i clicked on it, it gave me 10pp and said 'dabs' on my account page. Hope this helps.
