Well I do. On the credit cards that I actually bother to use, unlike the OP.I don't know about you but I prefer to go about my days knowing I have several thousand pounds readily available to me should I come into a situation where I will desperately require it.Plus, I prefer that my savings are saved, not spent.
If you're not paying off the credit card every month, then the interest charged on your credit card far outweighs what you can get on any savings account.Conjugating the verb 'to be":

They reduced my limit from £8000 to £7950!

I have a zero balance on mine and the limit has just been reduced to £500 from around £2,700 and they are closing the account once the card has expired (if I haven't used it before then). Seems fair enough to me, not used it since the BT period expired. Tesco did a similar thing a short while back too.0
