Buyer wants to buy it now

I often ask if someone has a bin price and I have never backed out when they have given me a price and I have agreed - so much so I always ask them for a convenient time that they will add it and I purchase it straight away - some items I don't want to wait a week before the auction ends then time on that to receive it - if they say no it's not a problem.
Likewise, I have also sold plenty of things adding a BIN for someone as it saves me waiting a week or whatever for the auction to end.0 -
What I want to know is have they broken any ebay rules?
If so where do I report them?
I know ebay has brainwashed you into thinking that all non ebay transactions are very dangerous.
But.
Given you are keen to sell what ever it might be, and someone is keen to buy it, why not end the auction and sell it to them, preferably getting paid by a free and non reversable method (ie not paypal), that way you won't have to pay any ebay fees and risk taking paypal.
