heat rash/prickly heat- help suggestions?

I am going on holiday soon and am fair skinned. I will be using factor 30 sun screen but chances are I will still get prickly heat/sun blisters. This usually happens after a few days and basically it puts paid to me staying in the sun and I come up in great big water filled blisters. Last year I used piz buin allergy sun…

Thanks i will keep an eye out, i have tried all over the counter creams and natural remedies over the years and nothing ever brought total relief (apart from staying in doors) and one doctor even suggested i take up skiing! lmao. my new Dr nearly died laughing and pointed out its still sunny even when skiing but with a tongue in cheek comment she suggested scuba diving lol
